Chinese New Year 2012: The year of the dragon
A Chinese Dragon |
Chinese tradition says a different animal represents each new year. Which is yours?
According to the Chinese calendar, the year you were born may determine your personality. Every year is represented by an animal, and legend has it that people born under that animal have certain personality traits. So just for fun, find your birth year and that year's animal, and see what some people believe it says about you. Do the same for your friends, parents, relatives, and teachers.

An Interesting Fact for a start!
Hi Kids!
As a start let me share something that I just discovered. It is THE LONGEST PLACE NAME. This place is situated in Thailand. The name of the place is
English translation:[The great city of angels, the supreme unconquerable land of the great immortal divinity, the royal capital of nine noble gems, the pleasant city with plenty of grand royal palaces and divine paradises for the reincarnated deity, given by Indra and created by the god of crafting.]
Perhaps we are more familiar with the modern name of the city which is BANGKOK; the capital of Thailand. It is known in Thai as Krung Thep Maha Nakhon or just Krung Thep which means the ‘city of angels’.
If you like to have more information on the city of BANGKOK, you may read this link. (Click Here)
